Atlantis Land WebShare 141W: my personal review

The Atlantis Land WebShare 141W it's a wireless router/modem which integrate a switch with four 10/100 Ethernet ports.
I had the opportunity to test this product quite deeply.. so.. this is my personal review.
The router, even if it does not have a modern and cool design, once on hands it seems compact and with a good construction.
The wireless bandwith and range are good, absolutely better than the Dlink 624T, the other wireless router I've been able to test.
The Ethernet Switch works well.
I did not have any problem using this router: I guess that the router software (firmware) is well written, without bug (This is not true for other big brand buggy products: Dlink 624T).
In the package there are a phone and Ethernet cables, the router and a "Quick Install Manual" which will guide the user on the fist connection settings. For the advanced configurations and options there is a good written and quite detailed PDF manual.
The router administration web pages are quite simple and immediate. It is simple setting even the most advanced options. It worth notice that most of the configuration modifications are executed without the router restart (lot of other product require you to do so..).
It is not possible to disable the Wireless which is always active. However it is possible to encrypt the connection using WEP or WPA.
I must say that the maximum nuber of contemporaneous connections between the LAN/WAN to the Internet is 1024. Moreover the maximum number of forwarded port is 16. The wireless antenna is not removable the it is not possible to change it with one more powerful. Those limits makes this product unusable on big or very busy LANs.
It is possible to configure the router thought telnet using a remote command line. It is also available SNMP. This should make network admins life easier.. however the commands available are not Unix/Linux standars (ifconfig, route ..) and there is not documentation available.
In my opinion this router is a good product for home usage.
It is designed by an Italian Brand which products in Cina. It's available telephone support but I did not used it.

router vs minipc
I'm currently connecting to internet with a speedtouch adsl modem, I already have a LAN (cable) at home and probably I won't change my configuration soon.
Router + switch + adsl modem is a cool all-in-one device, but internet is changing and also my needs. VOIP, webtv, backup, P2p 24/24h, Video remote control, are becaming more and more popular so I would prefere to switch to more flexible solution with a minipc.
Have you seen? http://www.linutop.com/ or http://www.koolu.com/
Really cool projects... but
Really cool projects... but how will you integrate it into your lan?
I don't have any good reason
I don't have any good reason to change my working network, now.
When I'll have some wifi/wimax technologies probably I'll use the minipc as [nat, router, p2pserver] and the rest of my network as simply web/voip clients
