New life to CSS module: release candidates for Drupal 5.x and 6.x out

Submitted by fabio on Fri, 2008-12-26 17:55.

Thanks to the help of jchan, christopher_skauss, whispero and the free time of Christmas Holidays I've been finally able to create two release candidates for Drupal CSS module.

The CSS module is a Drupal module which add inline CSS editing to Drupal nodes. This is pretty useful for Drupal power users / designers which are able to create CSS based complex node designs.

CSS module release candidates are now available for Drupal 5.x and Drupal 6.x.

The code should be pretty stable so I hope to release some stable versions soon.

If you are a Drupal user and you are interested in the CSS module you are strongly encouraged to test out those two new releases and report any issue you find.

If you have Drupal development skills you are strongly encouraged to have a look at the module code and report any problem or improvement you find.

Hi Fabio -

I was wondering what the status of these modules is at this point? Would they be considered production quality at this point instead of "release candidates?" Do you have plans for any further upgrades to them?

We are considering using this module, but my boss wanted me to ask the above questions before we proceed.

Thank you in advance for your time Fabio.

Hi Steve, thanks for contacting me..

Well.. the code looks and works pretty well for me. Anyway I was looking for inputs to 2 problems which are still open:

Once I'll have enough feedbacks and I'll fix those bugs stable versions will be rolled out.

If you are able to contribute in any way, you are very welcome.
